YOUTH FITNESS

teen fitness centerRYou are never too young to learn to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle. A mainstay of YMCA offerings for young people, youth sports and fitness fill kids' discretionary hours with positive activities and caring adult attention. These programs emphasize teamwork and cooperation as well as developing good values.

 The Y offers a wide variety of seasonal fitness programming for youth. Visit our session brochure for full details on schedules and pricing.

 

YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING | Age 10-12
FREE TO MEMBERS

Teaches the fundamentals of proper warm-ups and cool dows, weight training, and cardiovascular training. Class completion is required to use the fitness center with parent's supervision.  Call Fitness Center to schedule x28.
